Marita Greenidge lives by the mantra “aut viam inveniam aut faciam” – I will find a way or make one. She is founder and president of Crimson-Jade Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm in Barbados specializing in strategic marketing. With a keen interest in social and economic development, she focuses on helping small and medium-sized organizations develop innovative marketing strategies to promote their businesses.

Prior to attending Simon Marita worked for two years as a business journalist at a publishing company in Barbados. She gained exposure to the intricacies of angel investing after interning during summer 2008 at the Rochester Angel Network (RAN). RAN is the angel investing arm of Greater Rochester Enterprise (GRE), an economic development agency that facilitates business development in the greater Rochester region.
